WARRANTY POLICY

SPARKLEPUSS JEWELRY takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of its handmade-to-order costume jewelry. Each piece is created with attention to detail to ensure that you receive a long-lasting and beautiful item. This warranty policy reflects a commitment to your satisfaction and the longevity of the products.

Warranty Coverage

Duration: This warranty covers your handmade jewelry piece for a period of 30 days from receipt of delivery.

Scope: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. This includes issues such as broken clasps, loose stones, and other manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches or tarnishing.

  • Damage or loss of stones caused by accidents, incorrect handling, misuse, improper care, neglect, deliberate damage, or alterations.

Making a Claim

Contact: If you believe your jewelry piece has a defect covered by this warranty policy, please contact SPARKLEPUSS JEWELRY at the email address below with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.

Assessment: Upon receiving your claim, the defect will be assessed and determined if it is covered under the warranty policy.

Repair, Replacement, or Refund: If the defect is covered, the item will be repaired or, if a repair is not possible, replaced with a similar item of equal value. If an exact replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Repair Process

Shipping: For all repairs not related to a manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to SPARKLEPUSS JEWELRY for repair. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. SPARKLEPUSS JEWELRY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Repair Time: Please allow up to 4 weeks for the repair process. You will be kept updated on the status of your repair.

Return Shipping: Once repaired, SPARKLEPUSS JEWELRY will cover the cost of return shipping to you.

Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your handmade jewelry, the following care instructions are recommended:

Storage: Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches and tangling.

Cleaning: Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Wear: Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or engaging in activities that may cause damage. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If your jewelry piece requires repair outside of the warranty period or for issues not covered by the warranty, please contact SPARKLEPUSS JEWELRY, who offers repair services at a reasonable cost and will provide a quote based on the nature of the repair.
